We have developed 10.69 acres of land in Marina Bay through the assignment of Penterra Company's right to acquire the property. Built a 96,000 square foot class A office building.
Two additional Class A office buildings, totaling 120,000 square feet, have been developed through the working-drawing stage. One of these buildings has received Building Department approval and is in plan check. Achieved 100% occupancy on the initial phase of development.
Develop in joint venture over 300 homes. Sold or participated in the development of 275 net developed acres in the San Francisco Bay Area.
