Founded by Richard Poe, Virtual Development Corporation ("VDC") are a privately owned, full-service real estate development, investment, and management company, focusing on commercial quality real estate with 0ver 28 years of proven success.

Richard Poe is also chairman of Poe and Associates, a 120 person civil engineering firm and the managing member of several limited liability companies that combined make up the area called Marina Westshore in Richmond, California, covering more than 250 acres.

The limited liability companies include Marina Westshore Partners, LLC, Marina Bay Partners, LLC, Marina Bay Partners II, LLC, and Marina Bay Business Park, LLC.
